She is a melomaniac and plays the harmonica, piano, saxophone and the triangle. Before joining the Ability Crew, Elly was a lounge singer and entertainer at a jazz bar in the French Quarter until the bar flooded. Usually, an alligator wouldn’t mind getting wet but the bar lost half its clientele and a gator has got to eat.

Elly went soul searching and went through a soul music phase before discovering the Ability Crew which gave her a great opportunity to see the world and play a little music along the way.

Katya enjoys cooking, but as she was raised with professional chefs making her meals and servants washing her dishes, her cooking skills leave much to be desired. Thankfully, with the strict tutelage of Hugo, this hopefully may one day change. 

Katya is a bit stuck up. She’s used to living in high society and needs to learn that a pirate’s living quarters will never live up to a Russian oligarch’s mansion. Katya tries her best to class up the place but it never really works.

Bindi, the bat from Vietnam with very little known about her early life. She’s the evil genius aboard ‘The Unregistered Vehicle’ but pretends to be subservient to Raymond (Stingy Ray) even though she’s really pulling all the strings. Extremely subtle suggestions of Bindi being responsible for coronavirus when it breaks out on The Cripple Threat in one episode provide a platform to discuss racism and ableism. Bindi and Abel have a complicated relationship (See Bootylicious Buccaneers) with a level of mutual respect for one another…. and maybe more. However, pirates being pirates, they often cross boundaries and end up in plenty of trouble.
